STRONGDEK™ is a patented ultra-high performance structural composite decking system that offers unmatched strength and long-term durability in an aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-install package with virtually no maintenance required.
System Design
Lightweight & Resilient
A STRONGDEK™ board is made up of two components: a pultruded FRP plank and a snap-on hybrid composite top cap. The plank offers the board’s structural strength, rigidity, and integrated hidden fastener grooves. The top cap offers aesthetic beauty, a non-slip surface, UV resistance, and an overall finished look for the system.
How it Works
STRONGDEK™ can be installed on top of any existing substrate suitable for a deck. Components can be cut using traditional carpenter’s tools fitted with a non-toothed diamond or carbide grit blade.

The deck plank is manufactured by Strongwell, who has been pultruding FRP in Bristol, VA, since 1956. Through the years, Strongwell has developed hundreds of proprietary and custom products for many markets throughout the world – all while providing jobs for hard-working Americans.
